All our staff are vigilant and aware of highest hygiene requirements. The overall quality of the treatment also depends on the quality of products and tools. Therefore , we only use licensed and safe pigments that will not have a toxic effect on the body.

We treat all our customers with dignity and aim to meet their wishes and expectations. However, if in our judgment the client’s wishes are unrealistic or unreasonable , we will not go against our ethos. In such event we will consult the client about the best possible outcome that we can deliver and achieve. From our experience, clients are often influenced by some trends but we value the aesthetic outcome above the trend because it is a semi-permanent treatment that will stay in the skin for number of years.

I couldn't recommend Santa enough - she is so professional and great at her work! I have just had my eyebrows microbladed after my first appointment with her 2 nearly years ago. Both times I have been really impressed. I was put at ease throughout the appointment and really happy with the results. If I do get another top up in a couple of years I will definitely be booking this in with Santa!
Absolutely amazing team! I wouldn't trust my eyebrows with anyone else ! I feel comfortable and welcome always. Santa does my microblading and she is always so lovely and chatty. The service is so professional and my eyebrows lasted 2 years before even slightly needing a top up.
This is my second time having microblading here. Very friendly staff who offer honest advice and provide a comfortable experience. I have trust that my brows will turn out how I want them. I have also recommended a friend
